Story Behind
It was during the first week of march 2020. The government announced lockdown and there was no proper way to track the number of COVID-19 cases.
News Channels used to report the total count during the evening and there was no live count. This project was one of the early projects to track COVID cases through a crowd sourced Google Doc from a Telegram group.
There were around 100-200 new visitors to this website every single day in the month of April 2020.
